Rules of Conduct
All IBOs in good standing are welcome and encouraged to use the Business Center. In order to protect our IBOs, as well as the reputation of our brands, we must all act in accordance with the Amway™ Rules of Conduct.

Who can use the Amway Business Center?
All IBOs in good standing may use the Business Center.

How much does it cost to visit?
There is no cost for IBOs or their prospects to visit the Amway Business Center.

What training and education programs are available?
Regularly scheduled Amway training sessions will be posted on the Training & Events tab on this site.

What do I need to bring when I visit?
Please have your IBO number and identification with you when visiting the Business Center. If you are hosting a meeting or prospecting session, please ensure you bring your own presentation material.

Are products available for purchase on site?
Yes, a limited number of SKUs will be available at the Business Center and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of product sold. Our policy at the Center is to limit three units per SKU. IPads will be available for placing regular orders for products that are unavailable at the Center or in excess of the quantity limit. Regular orders are available for pickup at the Santa Fe Springs Service Center.

Can I place a delivery order here at the Business Center?
Yes, we encourage you to use our iPad to place delivery orders to your customers or yourself through the website.

Can orders be fulfilled here?
The Business Center has been designed and developed to support IBO's business building efforts. The Center is not to be used as a “ship to” location for regular IBO orders.

Can I return products at the Business Center?
No. All product returns, unless they are same day unopened return and exchanges, should follow the normal product return policies. The Business Center is not set up to function as a Service Center and will not be processing product returns.

Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available at the Center at no charge. We encourage those that will be holding weekly meetings to carpool in order to allow adequate parking for all IBOs.

Amway North America has made the difficult decision to permanently close the California Business Center. The Center has been closed due to the pandemic since March 2020 and will not reopen. 

Amway is focused on finding ways to help IBOs reach more customers through enhanced digital experiences and has decided to eliminate its physical locations in the United States. The New York Business Center closed in 2020. 

Our California-based Leader Growth Solutions (LGS) team will continue to serve IBOs in the area. The team will continue to provide IBOs with business consultations, trainings and resources. The California Regional Service Center (which ships products to IBOs and customers) also is not affected by this change. 

Buena Park will continue to be a Global Center of Nutrition Manufacturing, as well as a destination for IBOs. It will also continue as the Nutrilite Health Institute – Center for Optimal Health and the home of our nutrition marketing, innovation & science and some manufacturing operations.

Ordering Product


We do not allow minors under the age 16 years access to the 2nd floor of the business center. Minors are allowed in the product store with an adult. Thank you for your cooperation.
